Our Story

GoodyGoody OIl was born from a mother's desire to care for her daughter's locs. 🥰

During my daughter's loc journey, I struggled to find quality hair oils that contained all of my favorite ingredients and provide the moisture her hair needed. Some oils felt too watery, while others didn't seem to help retain moisture the way I wanted. 

So I decided to create my own special blends. 

And BOOM...GoodyGoody Oil was born! 💥💥💥

As I began using my blends, I noticed how healthy-looking and moisturized my daughter's hair and locs became. I started using the oil on my son's hair for his loc journey, my toddler's loc journey, and my own skin. 

The more I used it, the more I realized I had created something SUPER special. 🥰

I began sharing samples with neighbors, and their positive feedback encouraged me to take the next step. When I sent the oil to my mom, she was amazed that I had made it myself, and began using it on her hair and skin care routine. Her reaction reminded me how much love and care goes into every bottle. 💛

GoodyGoody Oil is more than just an oil. It represents creativity, family, dedication, and the beauty of creating something with your own hands. 

Every blend is handcrafted in small batches with carefully selected ingredients, "inspired by my family's real hair and self-care needs."
